The TGVS Mission

Our mission is to provide a great experience and learning path for everyone and practice within the comfort of their own space, while offering a variety of styles to meet the needs of each individual.

About Todd

Todd Greene has been playing music all of his life. He has a passion for teaching and giving his students the knowledge and skills they need to improve their musical talents. Todd knows how to play over 20 instruments, from guitar to harmonica and most things in between. His diverse knowledge and experience in the music industry gives his students the the opportunity to learn from a well qualified multi-instrumentalist, career musician.

In high school, he won Star Firsts at the Wisconsin State Solo and Ensemble competition all four years. Todd also won the Louie Armstrong Jazz National Scholarship and then proceeded to attend Berklee College of Music in Boston.

Todd plays out regularly and in his past lives has been a drummer for Vegas style show groups traveling continental US and Canada; the house band drummer for Jimmy Smith at the Lake Geneva Hilton; and the Principal Percussionist for the Milwaukee Opera.

Todd has also produced and recorded several music books for Hal Leonard to include three volumes of Metallica and Buddy Guy. He has sung commercials for TV and radio to include Sargento Cheese, and the Milwaukee Public Transit System, to name a few. Todd also opened and ran ten locations of his own music schools, Todd Greene Music Studios.
